RTW: Waiting Under the Tree

So, YA Highway want to know what the ideal present for my main character would be.

That's a Glock, but my lead will take any kind of reliable handgun.  Two, actually.  She's totally a wannabe Lara Croft.  Actually, perhaps she's more like Jack Bauer.  She isn't searching for long lost treasure after all.  Nah, she's soldier.  Time's running out and she's got lives to save.

Looking forward to reading my book? ;)

Merry Christmas!

(Seriously, any excuse to share this again)

  5. I know absolutely nothing about guns, but I've heard people talk about how much they love their Glock. :) Sounds like an action-packed story!

  6. :D My last main character would have loved that present! The current one... would treat it like a spider, and she *really* doesn't like spiders.

    Very cool.

  8. Check out Sig Sauer. Better than a Glock. Too big if your girl has small hands though. I prefer revolvers b/c they don't drop the shells. :)

Athena: Thanks for following! Love your blog too! And yeah, my lead has no time for frivolity. She's got a job to do.

Susan: I've had to do some research just to know the basics. And when I was in the US, I went shooting so I could get a feel for it. Best research trip EVER!

    Cara: Gyah, spiders. Ick!

    Juliana: :D Thanks!

Sarah: I think my lead could handle a Sig Sauer. I've used a revolver too. I kept my casings. It's an interesting conversation starter in England ;)

    E.Maree: Thank you!

Alison: Hee, my girl has deadly tastes ;)

    Angel: Thanks!
